All business transactions between clients and Hype Luxury Service Dubai are governed by the terms and conditions outlined here (on this website). By placing an order, clients agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

1. Purchase of Services

  • By placing an order through our website, phone, or email, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and are at least 18 years old.

2. Reservations

  • Our reservation team is available 24/7 to assist clients. We strive to exceed expectations, but a 24-hour notice may be required to prepare the chauffeured vehicle for your journey. All prices quoted are in AED, with rentals starting at the pickup point (A) and ending at the drop-off point (B), except for airport transfers or fixed-charge hires.

3. Online Bookings

  • All online bookings are subject to approval by Hype Luxury Service Dubai. In case of errors where online maps and quotes are calculated incorrectly, we reserve the right to refund or cancel orders placed at incorrect prices. If an order is confirmed and charged to your credit card, we will issue a credit or a full refund for the incorrect amount. Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. All specials and promotions are limited to availability. Call for current prices. We reserve the right to limit quantities of promotional products. Separate policies apply to specific offers; see individual offer policies for details.

4. Privacy Policy

  • Your personal information is treated confidentially and will not be disclosed to third parties, except as outlined in our Privacy Policy. When booking on our website, you will be asked to provide personal details such as name, email address, billing address, and payment information. Payment information is securely encrypted on our third-party payment system. Your email address will be added to our mailing list, and you may unsubscribe at any time. We reserve the right to use your company name or logo on our website under our clients’ section without written notice if you are or have been a client.

5. Single and Return Journeys

  • Return journeys on the same day are subject to waiting time charges if the return is within 3 hours or out of Dubai. No waiting time charges apply if the return is scheduled more than 3 hours later; however, a different driver may complete the journey.

6. Waiting Time

  • Quotes for journeys collected from a Dubai airport flight include 30 minutes of complimentary waiting time. All other journeys include 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time. After the complimentary period, a charge of AED 50 per hour, calculated in 15-minute increments, will be applied to the provided debit or credit card.

7. Payments

  • All charges specified herein and in the current tariff published by the Company are payable in advance, except for clients with a credit account or pre-approved credit card. The credit or debit card provided when making the booking will be charged for additional charges, such as extra waiting time and parking fees. Credit or debit card payments have no surcharge, but credit card charges are non-refundable for booking cancellations. All online quoted prices include VAT. Additional waiting time and car park charges may apply. Rates are subject to change without prior written notice.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • For all bookings (excluding wedding-related bookings), cancellations or amendments must be made and acknowledged by Hype Luxury Service Dubai 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Otherwise, the full amount will be charged. This also applies to bookings made within 12 hours of the pick-up time.

9. No-Show Policy

  • If the customer fails to show at the designated location for a confirmed reservation, all monies paid will be non-refundable.

10. Complaints

  • In the event of a complaint about our services, the hirer should seek a solution at the time by contacting the driver or the company. If this does not resolve the issue, complaints should be submitted in writing within 14 days of the hire's end date. The company will acknowledge all complaints within 14 days and typically respond fully within 28 days.

11. Fraud

  • Payments must be authorized by the cardholder named in the booking. We reserve the right to cancel your booking without prior notice if we suspect fraudulent activity. This may be based on the following:
    • Inability to provide itinerary details such as pick-up and destination addresses, passenger name, and contact number.
    • Inability to provide contact information for the cardholder for security checks.
    • The cardholder claims the payment was unauthorized.
    • Previous fraudulent activity or chargebacks by you or the cardholder.
  • We reserve the right to refuse bookings and report suspected fraud to the appropriate department.

SELF DRIVE

All product names, logos, and brands are the property of their respective owners. All company, product, and service names used on this website are for identification purposes only. Use of these names, logos, and brands does not imply endorsement.

1. Condition of the Car

  • The car will be delivered to the hirer in the best overall condition, free from defects or damages.
  • Any apparent defects at the time of delivery will be registered and documented.
  • The car must be returned to the lessor in the same condition as received, at the agreed location and time.
  • The lessor reserves the right to retrieve the car without prior notice and at the hirer's expense if the car is used in violation of this agreement.

2. Terms of Use of the Car

The hirer guarantees that:

  • The hirer will periodically check the car’s condition, including oil, water, fire, and tire pressures, and inform the lessor of any issues. Failure to report faults and continuing to drive the vehicle will result in the hirer bearing damages and an administration fee.
  • The driver is authorized, holding a valid driving license for more than one year, and is at least 25 years old. The vehicle will only be driven by drivers listed on the rental agreement. Non-GCC International Driving License holders require approval under UAE law.
  • The vehicle will not be used for off-road driving, motor sports, rallying, towing, or any activities that may damage the vehicle. The hirer is responsible for any damage, including an administration fee for misuse.
  • The vehicle will not transport illegal substances, merchandise, or passengers for hire. The hirer is responsible for all damages, fines, and claims if the vehicle is used illegally.
  • No insurance coverage applies if:
    • The hirer sublets the vehicle without written consent.
    • The hirer/driver is under the influence of alcohol or drugs during an accident.
    • The vehicle is driven by an unauthorized driver. In such cases, the hirer is liable for all damages, third-party expenses, and the full rental value during repairs.
  • The hirer will observe all traffic rules and pay any penalties plus an administration fee.
  • The hirer is not permitted to take the vehicle across UAE borders without written consent.
  • Written requests to take the vehicle across UAE borders must be made one week in advance. The lessor reserves the right to approve or decline.
  • Additional costs may apply if special insurance is required for cross-border travel.

3. Fines and Penalties

The hirer shall pay and reimburse the lessor for:

  • Refueling, salik, collision damage waiver, personal accident insurance, supplementary insurance, vehicle drop-off and collection fees, additional driver fees, and any other applicable charges.
  • Time and mileage charges at the rates shown in this agreement or current tariff.
  • Lessor’s costs, including legal fees, for collecting payments.
  • Refueling and an administrative fee if the vehicle is not returned with a full tank.
  • Fines, penalties, court costs, or other expenses from the use of the vehicle unless due to the lessor’s fault.
  • Estimated repair costs including towing and loss of revenue if the vehicle is damaged. Charges will be adjusted according to final repair costs. A Police Accident Report must be provided.
  • Debits to the hirer's credit card for charges incurred during and after the rental.
  • All rental payments must be made in advance.

4. Responsibility for Loss or Damage to Vehicle

  • The hirer is liable for all loss or damage to the vehicle including towing and storage limited to the deductible amount.
  • Provided the hirer complies with all terms and conditions and accepts collision damage waiver, the lessor will waive the hirer’s responsibility, subject to any excess agreed upon. A Police Accident Report must be provided.

5. Indemnity to Lessor

The hirer shall indemnify and hold harmless the lessor from:

  • Any breach of this agreement.
  • Death or injury arising from the vehicle's operation or usage.
  • Loss or damage to the vehicle.
  • Loss or damage to any property arising from the vehicle's operation or usage, or for loss or inconvenience from delays or breakdowns beyond the lessor's control.

6. Insurance Coverage

  • The lessor provides insurance coverage for authorized drivers according to UAE automobile liability insurance policy, available for inspection upon written request.

7. Personal Accident Cover

  • By initialing on the agreement, the hirer agrees to pay an additional fee per person per day for personal accident coverage. This covers medical costs and accidental death for the renter and passengers in the event of an accident.

8. Accidents and Thefts

  • In case of an accident or personal injuries, the police must be called, and a police report obtained.
  • In case of vehicle theft, the hirer must report to the police and obtain a police report.
  • The hirer must secure data of other parties and witnesses.
  • No repairs are to be carried out without the lessor’s approval.
  • The hirer must assist the lessor and its insurance company in all claims or legal matters.
  • All accidents or thefts must be accompanied by a completed Police report.
  • The hirer must not accept third-party claims.
  • These responsibilities apply in case of theft.
  • Failure to provide a police report may result in liability for damages.

9. Personal Data

  • The hirer acknowledges that personal data related to this rental agreement may be communicated to third parties for credit protection purposes.

10. Collision Damage Waiver

  • By initialing on the agreement, the hirer agrees to pay a supplementary fee for CDW.
  • If the hirer accepts CDW, the excesses stipulated will be reduced by fifty percent. A Police Report must be provided.
  • Without CDW, the hirer will be charged an excess of AED 1,500 for group A, AED 5,000 for group B, and AED 10,000 for luxury cars.
  • The hirer is liable for damages or loss without CDW.
  • CDW does not exempt liability in case of gross negligence or deliberate violation of rental conditions.

11. Jurisdiction

  • This agreement is governed by UAE law applicable to the emirate where it is executed.

12. Modifying Reservation

  • A reservation can be modified up to 48 hours before the rental start time free of charge. Modifications within 48 hours will be treated as a new reservation with respective costs.

13. Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation can be canceled up to 48 hours before the rental start time for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a charge equivalent to three rental days. No refunds for no-shows.

14. Security Deposit

  • A security deposit must be paid by credit card at pick-up. The deposit will be refunded after the rental period, subject to deductions for fines or damages. Refunds follow the credit card issuing bank’s policy, usually 21-30 days. In case of damages it might take more.
