Payal is a Managing Director and Senior Advisor at Lighthouse Canton, the global investment institution, operating across the UAE and Singapore. She brings more than 25 years of experience advising ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional clients on wealth and investment strategy, including cross-border structuring across public and private markets.

Her private banking career spans senior roles at Bank J. Safra Sarasin, Julius Baer, Credit Suisse, and Bank of Singapore, following earlier positions at Citi and ABN AMRO in India. She is a Certified Private Banker of the Wealth Management Institute and a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist, and holds a Bachelor's in Economics from Delhi University.
